Chioggia red radicchio, transformed by Naturello, is grown in the Po Valley and processed to obtain a fresh semi-finished product characterised by its intense red colour and bold flavour. Its organoleptic properties are retained in the final product, making it recognisable both visually and in taste. This is a seasonal product obtained through a short, controlled supply chain, from harvesting to processing. Thanks to its versatility, the semi-finished product is widely used in the food industry and in catering for the preparation of sauces, gnocchi and fresh pasta, where it lends colour and character to the dough, as well as ready meals that focus on recognisable, quality ingredients.
