Intense colour and a characteristic aroma: fresh beetroot, grown in Italy, France or Northern Europe, is transformed by Naturello into an immediately recognisable semi-finished product. Its purée, with a flavour reminiscent of potato, is a truly distinctive ingredient, capable of lending colour and visual identity to any preparation. Processed from fresh raw material and subjected to heat treatment to preserve its organoleptic properties over time, it is ready to use for the food and canning industry, ideal for sauces, toppings and doughs for focaccia, pizza and bread rolls.

Treatment process

Fresh beetroot is washed and ground to obtain a smooth, homogeneous purée with a vibrant and stable colour, with the addition of a small percentage of salt. A controlled heat treatment completes the process, ensuring the preservation of organoleptic and chromatic characteristics over time. Global G.A.P. certification accompanies every stage of the supply chain, assuring a safe, traceable and qualitatively reliable product.

Packaging

The product is packed in 20 kg aseptic bags designed to ensure proper preservation and provide a practical, secure format ideal for professional use. Other formats are available upon request or advance scheduling.
03

Preservation

Available year-round while always guaranteeing maximum freshness, it must be stored in cold storage rooms at a temperature between 0° and +4°C to keep its organoleptic qualities intact. Shelf life is 3 months from the delivery date.
