Grown in the fields of the Verona countryside just a short distance from the processing plant, fresh onion is transformed by Naturello into a versatile, ready-to-use semi-finished product. Planted in February and harvested in June, it follows a precise seasonal cycle that guarantees optimal ripening. Reduced to a fine purée with added salt and, where requested, vinegar, it retains a bold, rich organoleptic profile that is distinct and consistent across every batch. A valued ingredient in the food and canning industry for crafting sauces, spreads, marinades, fillings and sautéed bases.
