The fresh arugula processed by Naturello is grown in the Po Valley and creates a semi-finished product with a bold, unmistakable taste. Promptly harvested in autumn and spring to preserve leaf freshness, the arugula is immediately sent for chopping. This immediate process, with only added oil and salt, produces a purée that respects and fully enhances its natural organoleptic properties. The result is an authentic, genuine ingredient used by the canning industry to enrich the production of sauces, fillings, spreads and marinades.
